Kitten is Sick

We found this kitten the other day and took it in. She was hungry, cold, and alone. She sneezes and her eyes look dead. They are a beautiful shade of green but she just looks ill. We can not afford a veterinarian check up or medicine. Please help us make Eve healthy again.
