On the heels of celebrating Kim's 40th birthday and projecting her super positive attitude toward the new year and new decade, she received some truly devastating news. She was diagnosed with breast cancer.  As shocking and as overwhelmingly scary as it was, it did not change Kim's positive outlook. She is starting out strong and putting her best foot forward for herself and for Julianna. Although she remains positive, this will pose a financial burden that she should not have to pay any mind to. Although insurance will cover some of her treatment, it will NOT cover all of it, let alone the everyday expenses that are necessary to care for herself and her daughter. We ask that, knowing Kim and knowing what a strong Mama she is, that we all come together and do what we can for her so that she can focus on her health and treatment and not the burden of every day stress and struggles.
