Kimberly Bernie Delegate DNC Fund!

Hello! My name is Kimberly Tregoning. My boyfriend, Charles Niswander, and I were very recently elected to represent Bernie Sanders in Philadelphia in July at the Democratic National Convention!
We are ready to go, I have time off work and even have childcare 100% figured out. We even have our hotel reserved (luckily its a little cheaper than the $3000/week hotels many delegates are expected to pay for!) and while we are ready to go into debt to be there, it will still be a bit of a financial burden to do. It's 1066 miles round-trip between our home and Philadelphia, not to mention the driving we'll do there. On top of this we will need food, and there will be many tolls along the way. Then there is parking fees and who knows what else. It's been suggested $2k/person is a good amount to raise, and our calculations reflect this.
I am a direct care worker in an adult care home. My job is very fulfilling in many ways, but financially is not one of them! Any help is appreciated very much.
Now more about us.... we are Bernie or Bust. We began a volunteer organization spanning our congressional district but centering in Kalamazoo, MI back in early May right after Bernie announced.
We held over 12 events last year with the help of our awesome volunteers, including concerts, a fair booth that exposed Bernie to 302,000 fairgoers for a week in Allegan, flyering several festivals and of course debate parties, voter registration events, phonebank parties and even a barnstorm in cooperation with the official Bernie 2016.
We've been following Bernie for years before he announced his run for presidency, so this means the world to us. We are excited to be so lucky to have the opportunity to participate in this historic event!!
Please help me get to Convention!
FEC Disclaimer: Charles and Kimberly are both delegates, and will be splitting costs of the hotel room, food, transportation, etc. Despite sharing food and transportation, all funds from this gofundme will only be legally in the possession of Kimberly and will never legally enter the accounts of Charles. We are each doing our own fundraising. Therefore, this is a fundraiser for ONE person who happens to be bringing another with. We are known as a couple.
