Kids Stolen Communication Device

My Foster Daughters Name is Sacred and she is 14 years old. I adopted her and her sister over eight years ago. Sacred has special needs and she is severely autistic. She is completely non verbal and requires a communication device to speak her wants and needs. Unfortunately her augmentative communication device that she owned was recently stolen out of my vehicle. It cost $5,000 and it took us almost two years to acquire. Sacred has made great progress with her device and it’s an absolute shame that someone would literally steal her voice. We can not afford to buy her another one so I really don’t know what to do. We are absolutely heart broken. A few people I spoke with suggested that I create a go fund me account, so I figured I’d give it a shot. Thank you and Happy Holidays to you and your loved ones.
