Kidney for Mitch

On the eve of Thanksgiving in 2011, I was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of Washington Hospital in Fremont, CA after being diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure that caused fluid to build up in my lungs. During that hospital stay I found out that I have End Stage Kidney Disease requiring life sustaining dialysis. This news came as a shock to me as I was only 35 just starting my life with my wife and then 3 year old kid. Now at 39, my wife and I welcomed a second child. I am still on hemodialysis three times a week and on several medications. I am setting up this gofundme to reach out to your kind hearts for help. We are a single income family and we are trying to juggle what limited funds we have in supporting our family as I wait for my kidney transplant. Last week, we found our angel on Earth who is willing to be my living kidney donor. This to me is more than winning the lotto because it gives me hope for a long life ahead - a life that I can spend with my wife and kids. We want to thank every one in advance for your help.
