I am raising money for the QEUH Renal Unit 4C Glasgow for saving my Mum's life by giving her a new kidney.
Firstly we can't thank my Aunt enough for giving my Mum her kidney such a wonderful woman, they both are.
5 years have past and my Mum is doing good, so is my Aunt after parting with her kidney. My Mum's kidneys failed due to her having Lupus, which can be a fatal disease, We are very lucky to still have her. A huge Thanks to the Doctors & Nurses who helped my Mum & my Aunt through their operations. ⚕️⚕️
I would love to give something back by reaching a goal of £500+ to donate to the hospital for equipment & to the wonderful staff just to say Thank You so much. I've already spoken to the staff & they absolutely thrilled with the gesture.
So anyone kind enough to donate it would be gratefully appreciated by the staff, my Mother, myself & our family as this was and still is a hard time for all concerned.
