I used to believe that Baltimore City CPS was here to protect our children. Well for me they did just the opposite. In my case my children was temporarily removed from my care and placed. Not for negligence or abuse but because at the time I was without a stable place to live. However after being placed they were taken out of state without my knowledge. Only to find out that they were taken to Atlanta Georgia. && days later on July 2nd 2018 I was notified my 7 year old baby girl drowned. My baby suffered severe brain injury due to no oxygen to her brain for a long period of time. My baby was strong, she fought and fought hard but on this day of July 5 2018 at 9:49am. My baby couldn’t fight no longer. Khy’marri was loved by so many and losing her is one of the hardest things in my life. She was one of 3 siblings. And my youngest babygirl. For those that knew my baby knew she was the sweetest, Energetic, outgoing, Emotional, Loving, charismatic little girl. She had a smile that would brighten your day. A laugh so unique and contagious just hearing it made you want to laugh. Even if you didn’t have a clue why. My baby deserves the best and i just want to bring her back to Baltimore and give her a proper burial. Anything helps. thank you so much for all and any donations. We really appreciate it
