Help with electric bill

Back in July I cracked a tooth. In August it was removed. The area became infected causing $1500 in medical bills. I lost 2 weeks of work due to the infection. My bills got behind but I did everything I could to pay at least a portion of them. When it came to the electric bill, I tried to make a payment plan, but even with that it was just too high to make the full payment, and now I am behind. I just received a disconnect notice if the entire balance is not paid by March 18. Any help is greatly appreciated.
