Sweet Angel Jen's Funeral

Jeanette (Jenny - to most people) Luciano was a wonderful woman, human, mom, friend, daughter, sister, and a sweet angel. The reasoning behind the title of this campaign is because for years her email has been "sweetangeljen" and that has never been more true than it sadly is right now. Everybody who knew her knows how strong, lively, hilarious, fierce, sarcastic, kind, and selfless she was. She leaves behind 3 children (4 if you count our fur baby pup Angel), including an Autistic son, who she has sacrificed literally everything for without any hesitation or complaints throughout the years. She raised us to the best of her ability on her own and now here we are trying to give back to her, respect her final wishes, pay our respects, and honor and celebrate her life. We are unable to pay for her burial expenses on our own and as people who grew up with a mom almost never asking anyone for help even when she desperately needed it, we are putting our pride aside and asking for as much help as we possibly can. This all happened very suddenly - we found out she had Lung Cancer August 27th and we were told she only had a few days to live due to how advanced and aggressive the cancer had been and how much it had already spread. For someone who was a warrior, she kept the fight going in silence for a very long time (she held on long enough to witness her daughters graduate college in May) and during her final days, she still kept fighting hard and refused to let go until she knew that we were all going to be ok without her. She passed peacefully on her own on August 31st and we are left broken, confused, overwhelmed, and fairly lost. We are relieved that she is no longer in any pain and we are so proud of how strong and resilient she has been her entire life. The love and support we have been given so far has been everything to us and her entire family appreciates anything that you are able to give to make this process somewhat easier and bearable for us. Thank you all so much and a special thank you to our mom - you can rest peacefully now because nobody deserves it more than you do after all that you have been through in your life. You'll always be our sweet angel.
