Kevin Anderson

Kevin was the light to our mom’s world. Her best friend, her rock, her soulmate. Their love was vibrant and infectious. He was the most generous, loving, caring, and patient husband, father, and friend. 

Last Friday, October 5, he was rushed by ambulance from work to the hospital. The doctors said his artery was 100% clogged and put in a stent. He recovered in the ICU over the weekend while watching his beloved Blues. Sunday he was discharged and sent home, being told everything sounded good. Kevin was feeling better, looking better, and ready for the healing process to speed up to go back to work for his family. In fact, against my mom’s judgement, he had already made plans to return to work next Monday. 

Very, very early Wednesday morning Kevin was rushed by ambulance to the hospital. This time, we weren’t so lucky as another heart attack took him from us for good. God called him home and broke the hearts of our family and many, many friends. 

Medical bills, ambulance bills, and funeral costs are worrying our mom as she grieves the loss of her absolute best friend. My mom is not the type of person to beg for money, she actually vetoed the idea of making this page. Thank you to everyone who has already loved, supported, and helped our family during this time.
