NSSONA has initiated this GoFundMe campaign to support the Kerala Flood Relief efforts. This is the worst humanitarian crisis faced by the state of Kerala in several decades. Please donate generously and pray for the millions who are suffering….
The south Indian state of Kerala is currently experiencing its worst crisis. Havoc came as torrential rains that flooded Kerala’s numerous rivers and backwaters. For the first time in the State’s history, 79 dams had to been opened, which caused further chaos. With hundreds of lives lost, thousands of homes destroyed, and millions of people displaced, the losses are simply incomprehensible. The flood displaced millions who are finding temporary solace in shelter camps across the State. They need fresh water, food, medicine and other basic amenities.
NSSONA is working directly with a handful of credible non-profit organizations and dedicated individuals who are in the forefront of relief activities. We will ensure that every penny you contribute will go to the needful, with no money being wasted on administrative costs. Our only goal is to provide relief to our fellow humans and to reinstate sanctity of human lives.
