Donation protected
My name is Keondre' McClay and I am junior at Edward M. Kennedy Academy for Health Careers. I'm the Student Representative on the Boston School Committee, Boston Student Advisory Council, and NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow, share with you this amazing opportunity that I have to travel to Johannesburg, South Africa this summer.
The Ripples of Hope initiative is allow several of my peers and I, to participate in civic engagement activities, cultural exchange workshops, and South Africa’s Youth Day. While in Johansberg we will lead a youth forum, and connect with South African youth. I am looking forward to this unique opportunity to submerge and embody a new culture , while serving a greater cause beyond just my immediate community. This oppertunity will allow me to become more aware of the social, economic, and educational issues and deferences that natives endure on and everyday bases. Thanks to my mentor, Akeem Lloyd, who cultivated this opportunity for us, and we invite you to be a part of our journey. No donation is too big nor too small. Thanksyou for all of the support, I look forward to sharing photos and stories the journey of the with you.
Thank you again for adding to the excitement of my journey with your warm wishes and thoughtful gift. It's much appreciated.
