Update 12/19/2017
750 or so to go. Things are looking tight. I will not be getting my Christmas Miricle is seems as they are changing my dosage and the doctor now want one more set of tests at the end of the year, but maybe I will be getting a New year's miracle instead. I know I have this beat just waiting for the official results, then to begin to work on recovering from the medication.
Update 10/25/2017
I updated the fund. I was debating whether to do it or not, as my original fund amount was very optimistic and didn't count the medications, labs, and extra Doctor visits during the 3 months after the polyps where removed. I didn't want to take anything away from those who got me over the top before, but after talking with some friends of mine they said look be honest in what you and your family needs to beat this. so this is where I am at.
Update 09/28/2017
I had the colonoscopy today, they removed a total of 5 polyps. The doctor doing the procedure said he didn't see any spread to the intestinal lining, but will go over the footage with my oncologist. they have sent the polyps out for biopsies. I will continue to have tests and take medications, and follow-ups as I have to go 3 months before they are willing to say cancer free, but it appears thanks to the support of my friends and family I am on the survival end of this and am and will be cancer free

Update. Got the results back bad news I do have colon cancer, Great new the polyp they removed had cancer so that was only stage 0, the good news only one of the Biopsies tested positive for cancer so that is considered stage 1. and the issue in the small intestine is an infection they will deal with after I get treated for the cancer.
The Plan:
Give me two prescriptions to slow growth till I can have a second colonoscopy to remove the cancer. assuming it hasn't spread and they get it all, That is it I am cancer free. If it has spread then go to chemo and additional surgery.

I have no health insurance and looking at potentially cancer diagnosis. The Dr. seems pretty positive it is either Prostate cancer or Colon cancer, just need to run the test then plot out the treatment plan. The most urgent thing is to get the colonoscopy and the lab work on the biopsies, with that we can confirm diagnoses, and get a plan of attack. The Dr. tells me that detected early and treated early  the treatment is much easier on the body, and total remission is much higher
Between my Doctor who has dealt with no insurance people before and the clinic in Chesapeake, The costs have been greatly discounted and written off. When I was in my exam yesterday by the oncologist, he even had me fill out forms to get my Rx direct from the manufacturer for 25.00 a month on the most basic ones and has a discount price on his exams and labs.
So over the next few months, the following treatment plan is outlined.
colonoscopy 500.00
3 Dr. exams 98/00 each
2 labs 175.00 each
4 medications at 25.00 each for 4 to 6 months.
This is just a preliminary plan, as once we get biopsy results back from my enlarged prostate, and also have the colonoscopy we can fine-tune the plan and I will update the fund as I know more.
Thank you for taking a look and if you can help that is great and if not could you please share.
