Ken's Fusion Fund

$25,000 goal

Campaign created 8 months ago
On 12/16/18 Ken Stange suffered a L1 vertebrae fracture due to a fall from a ladder at Bailey's Corner Store.
Ken is a staple to the South Whidbey community and needs your help to get back on his feet. Due to the severity of the injury, Ken was rushed to Harbor View for a fusion surgery.
The surgery was a success and he is going to make a full recovery, but we need your help to cover medical bills and to keep Bailey's Corner Store up and running.
Any funds raised will go toward medical costs as well as taking care of the employees of Bailey's that have come together to keep our beloved store up and running in Ken's absence.

Like a turtle, the improvement is slow, but it"s still improvement! A few steps have turned into longer walks.

Pain is beginning to subside, but humor hasn't. Gotta love the turtle shell! Although, I do have to wear it for the next six weeks.

The doctors say I'll recover and that I'll be able to play tennis like I did before. The road will be long, but there's light at the end of the tunnel.

Thank you for your support...for your kindness...for sharing this campaign.
