Kelly Vieques Hurricane Recovery

Hi everyone-Greetings from Vieques!!
We weathered the storm. We have damage of course, but most importantly, all humans & animals are safe!!

Thank you so much for all the messages of love and support. We are grateful for all of the good wishes and the eagerness to help.

Our buildings held up well. Mostly window s & doors were affected, Air conditioners & concrete fascia damage, downed trees and wind damage.

Things in Vieques are tough these days. There is no power and no running water. Cell signal is spotty. We are working on getting a generator for a portion of the hotel but that is costly-in addition to the installation and the fuel to maintain.

With a grim tourist season ahead, Penny & I humbly ask for your monetary support. Feeding the animals and rebuilding our beloved Seagate until the power comes back is essential.
