The beautiful man Kelley Looney passed away suddenly in Nashville, TN surrounded by his brothers, sisters, family and friends. It is a loss that was felt immediately and will be continue to feel as we navigate this new world without this sweet, hilarious, talented and gracious "Cake Whore".
His family has loved and cherished every Kelley story that has been shared with us along with the condolences received. We see and cherish every single one so thank you!
We have decided it is more fitting in honoring our Kelley with a celebration in a to be determined date as we plan to make it is as big as Kelley lived his life.
As a family, we have received request as to locations to send flowers and condolences. Thank you! Instead, we have created this Go Fund Me to support his children as they navigate the loss of their father while also navigating the suddenness of their source of support.
Kelley Looney has a few legacies but his true greatest legacy is his beautiful and kind kids. We love Camille and Julien dearly! Flowers are beautiful but his children transitioning with love and support is even more of a beautiful gift we could receive.
The funds received will be directly contributed and managed by his children.
Kelley Looney had so many pockets and lifetimes of friends across the universe. A reoccurring comment is that he always made you feel like you mattered and the only one in the world in that moment. It is true, everyone was that special to him and he was that special to us. If we all could be as kind as Kelley Looney, we are convinced we can do anything in this crazy world.
We will all come together with kindness. Cake, pie, cheese platters, donuts and ice cream....but kindness first.
