Keller Family - Camp Fire/Medical

Dear friends,
The Keller family has been through so much these past 6 months. After Ryan lost his father in June to a genetic heart condition and tumultuous recovery, surgeons recommended that Ryan be tested for the same gene. Unfortunately, Ryan tested positive and was strongly urged to undergo a preemptive open heart surgery. The hope was to prevent the same condition from manifesting itself the way it did in his father’s body. On November 6, a Stanford team completed a successful 8-hour surgery on Ryan’s heart. Praise the Lord! Unfortunately, two days later, November 8, the deadliest fire in California history sparked and soon enveloped and claimed Kristen and Ryan’s home in Magalia, CA, near Paradise. This all happened while they were away at Stanford for Ryan’s recovery.
They have shown such hope in the midst of pain and sorrow, as they grieve the loss of their home alongside many of their friends in the Paradise/Magalia community. Ryan, Kristen, Ivy (5) and William (4) are safe and have each other, but Ryan’s recovery is a long road, and the family will return to pieces of their former life together. Absolutely everything is a question mark at this point; we would love to help meet some of those immediate needs, including help with the slew of medical bills that will be coming their way.

The funds raised for the Keller family will be used towards medical expenses and rebuilding their lives after the fire. Ryan and Kristen Keller (the beneficiaries) are both team members on this campaign. We have it set up for the donations to go directly to their account.
