Keizer Family Restaurant Robbed

Last night, Keizer’s favorite Mexican and El Salvadoran restaurant was robbed! The evil-doers made off with cash and liquor, damaged Teresa’s property, and caused the restaurant to shut down temporarily.

For over 20 years, Teresa Munoz’s beloved Los Dos Hermanos restaurant has supported our Keizer community as well as its own staff of 10 family members, employees and their families (25 in all). Los Dos Hermanos’ family atmosphere is the first stop for all our celebrations, nights out, holiday treats, and even tearful gatherings. Teresa knows everyone’s names (and if not their name, their orders), and many customers like myself order the same dish so frequently, they eventually name the dish after you on the menu (I recommend the Shasadilla)! So it maddens me that someone could take advantage of the family I have loved and patronized for 20 years.

Teresa's incredible food has earned multi-year winner awards for Best of the Mid-Valley:

Teresa has immediate cashflow needs because of the revenue that was stolen, revenue lost while they are closed for recovery, repairs to damaged property, replacement of stolen assets that support the restaurant, perished food, upgrades to security within the restaurant and general payroll. While some of this is loss may eventually be covered under insurance, Teresa and her family need to get up and operational in quick time to prevent more revenue lost.
