Keiko's paw

Many of you have seen that Keiko hurt her paw in January of 2015. To date she had surgery on it in May 2015 and has been numerous times to two different Vets over the past year and a half  (English Plaza Hospital and Dr. Gilley - both of which misdiagonosed her)  and over the last year and a half the foot had gotten worse,  the toe flesh itself is being eaten away and at our last Vet visit (English Plaza) they recommended that the whole toe be removed.  She went from being a vibrant , energetic dog... to one that cannot move much and just hops around as she will not walk on her leg,  thus the leg has  gotten atrophied. It really is heart breaking - not to mention how bad it smells.  UPDATE - She had her FIRST appointment with Upper Keys Vet Hosp on 5/21 - Dr. Foley has diagnosed her with cancer in her front, right paw. It has completely destroyed the bone in the toe and it is unclear how far it has gone up her leg. Her has put her on Piroxicam and doxycycline along with a poultice on her paw to draw out the secondary infection. The good news is that she is cancer free in the rest of her body. He has recommended that we take her to a Vet oncologist Dr. Ratteree for a second opion as to wether she will need chemo etc. The worst case scenario is she will lose the paw - best case the toe.  I unfortunaly cannot not afford another surgery as the last one set me back - thus I am reaching out to the community to what ever help can be provided - either financially or if you could share this on social media. Many drops of water will fill the bucket. Much thanks from Keiko and her family.
