Quinn and Pam are leaving for Vienna tomorrow morning (August 7). They will arrive on Wednesday morning and Quinn will begin receiving treatment immediately. As a lot of you know, Quinn Davis has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer that has metastasized to other organs.
First and foremost, we are praying and asking the Lord to heal him.
- time is of the essence for him to get treatment and with the advanced stage of this cancer, treatment options are limited.
- the Davis family is in consultation with The Pyatt Health Centre ( www.pyatthealth.com) as to what the next steps should be for treatment.
- there is possibly an opportunity to travel to Vienna, Austria to the Dr. Kleef Institute (http://www.dr-kleef.at/en/our_institute), where Quinn would receive further treatment. Dr. Kleef is a medical doctor, who specializes in treatments that are complementary to traditional forms of therapy.
- as you would expect, there are great costs associated with these treatments - so we are reaching out to his friends and family.
- the goal amount we have posted here is an estimate. At this time, we are unsure as to what the actual costs will be - so this goal amount could possibly increase.
- please be assured that donations of any amount are greatly appreciated.
- all money donated will be used only for treatment expenses in Calgary, and any costs associated with the travel and treatment overseas.
