Kcep Fm
for Economic Opportunity Board of Clark County
We are thrilled to tell you about our most recent exciting development for KCEP:

The 1923 Westside School and Campus where KCEP resided is a Historical Landmark on the National Registry.

KCEP moved out of the 1923 Westside School for rehabilitation purposes in November 2015.  The 1923 Westside School is now preserved as a museum and an office for the new Tech Impact school.

KCEP moved next door into the newly renovated 1948 building.  Our new address is 350 W. Washington Avenue, Suite 125 in Las Vegas (89106) on the corner of the newly renovated “D” Street. The new studios and offices are larger with easier access for patrons.

KCEP new space is an opportunity to upgrade into a Multimedia Center, a place for students to train for future careers in Broadcasting, Digital Media and Online Programming.

There will be two more HD Channels launched in 2017

HD 2 - 24/7 Gospel Channel
HD 3 - Teen Radio Channel

With your continued support we can achieve our vision for the community.
KCEP serves the community and is a resource to over 200,000 listeners on a weekly basis.  If each listener donated at least $10.00, we have the potential to raise over Two Million Dollars towards KCEP's legacy while supporting countless individuals and organizations throughout the community.

KCEP’s fundraising efforts also includes the opportunity for naming rights throughout various parts of the new building, as well as major donor recognition boards that will be located in the interior of KCEP where your contribution will be honored.

KCEP has a long history in the Las Vegas community, dating back to its humble beginnings at Nucleus Plaza (formerly the Golden West Shopping Center) in 1972 with just 10 watts.  (Now 10,000 watts)

For more than 44 years, KCEP has prospered thanks to the dedication and perseverance of a passionate community.

With your continued assistance, KCEP has an opportunity to flourish in a modern day digital facility that enhances its abilities to serve the community.

Back at Garside Junior High we would spend lunch time in the Games Room playing Pong and Atari listening to Michael Jackon, Gap Band, Teddy Pendergrass, etc. Good times with great friends back in '78.
