Cross country Help please!

First of all, for those that dont know me, my name is Ryan J and I traveled across the country with multiple friends, and alas make it to California, and there are two of us left. We grew up in Connecticut and are a long way from home, with little, to no help.. Our van needs help and we do also. If the vehicle gets towed, due to breakdown or no Insurance, we could be considered homless, and lose everything i've worked for to get us here.. Please Help.
Okay here it is family.. Through buying the van, registration, insurance, gas, food, lodging and car issues, I need to ask for help.. I never wanted to make this, but I feel Heather and I will be down and out, without the help from friends and family..
We did great until we blew a tire in Arizona.. since than, I have been driving on a donut for 800 miles and I feel its not going to make it much further.. If the donut blows, we will not be able to buy a new tire, or the tow.. Once the vehicle is towed, we will not be able to pay storage fees either.. So my once new van, will be towed and owned by a crappy tow company. Not to mention, insurance is due. If the title was here for the van, I would sell it. Thats how tough we are in right now.
I feel like a bum asking for help, and wouldn't unless absolutely neccesary. It will mean the world to me if you guys can save us from a downfall, and keep us on track to move to Hawaii in a month. (where we both have jobs waiting) If you amazing people help me, theres nothing that can stop me from this goal! I am trying to make this happen within the week, but obviously no rush.. -Insurance is due Februrary 1, 2016 - $170.00
-The tire NEEDS to be fixed ASAP - $75.00
-A tank of gas - $60.00
-and the wheel bearing needs to be fixed. $90.00
or we are blown out. Pun completely intended.
On a positive note, there is going to be hand-crafted gifts available with donations. It has rained all through Southern California and been pretty cold, so it has altered my ability to sell items in tourist and hippie cities. Leaving us pretty stuck. Please Help Us Out, and I'll do everything in my body to help you in your time.
