my  name is kaz and i have fibomyalgia, neuropathy and osteoarthritis (amongst other issues). Please read all this before making a decision.  Thank you for your time.

Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain condition with many other side effects.  my main "trigger points" are my knees, hips and lower back.***
Neuropathy is a disease or dysfunction that affects the peripheral nerves and can cause weakness, numbess and paralysis.
Osteoarthritis affects the joints, the surfaces become damaged so the joint doesn't move as smoothly as it should.

*** imagine having the worst flu of your life, falling down thirty stairs, fighting Mike Tyson and losing each round and being awake for three months straight.   That is how I feel constantly.

Read about "Spoon Theory"  here ‌.

Update; October 7th 2016 - my walking frame as broken and cannot be repaired and walking with crutches is no longer viable due to my wrists being affected by my arthritis so I am stuck with a cane for the time being.  I have had a long conversation with my GP about my mobility options and we have come to decide a mobility scooter would mean no exercise however a self propelled wheelchair (the ones with the big wheels) would enable me to stay active to a degree and also help me on long distance.  Once again the NHS will not help as, as far as they're concerned I am not "disabled enough" and so it is left to myself and my mother to deal with it ourselves.

I rarely leave my house and spend 90% of my time in my bed because that's where I am comfortable and leaving the house causes me extreme anxiety.

Walking is excruciatingly painful, even with a stick and short distances cause me a lot of trouble due to all my issues. I'm missing out on socialising and living because of my pain and health issues for which there is NO CURE - I am 30 years old...

Not only is the pain a major issue, but the constant fear of my legs going weak in public and causing me to fall gives me extreme anxiety.

I have to be mindful of how I sit, stand and lay because of my lower back issues; I have, on a handful of occasions, been paralysed until I can twist my back into a better position and release the nerves.   There is nothing that can be done about this issue and I am stuck with it for life.

I'm working hard to make life changes so my life can be easier and with less pain.
I don't want to be a burden and have to rely on my mother, who is my carer, for everything. I want to be able to get myself out and moving in some way and keep my independence as much as possible.

any help from you will be amazing and will keep me able to stay independant, £500 will enable me to get a custom wheelchair built for my needs.
