I've been practising yoga as much as I can for 5 years. I started practising Ashtanga before moving on to Hatha and Vinyasa Flow. I've dabbled in Yin, Hot and Iyengar too. Ever since I was a little girl though, my intro to Yoga was through learning about the chakras and Eastern Philosophy, Yoga without realizing has been with me forever!
I've been working really hard to be prepared for this and I have certifications & skills related to yoga teaching such as:
150hrs Yoga Teaching BSY certificate
Level 3 Anatomy & Physiology
Yoga Philosophy studies with Oxford University
Level 2 Nutrition & Health
Level 3 Chakra Balancing
Level 2 Counseling Skills
Level 2 Understanding Dyslexia
Level 2 Understanding Psychological Trauma
Level 3 Understanding Eating Disorders
and I am a qualified Kids & Teens yoga teacher, Indian head massage therapist and attuned to Reiki.
The training I want to do is on an island in Thailand.The training is an intensive with a non-dogmatic approach and is heart chakra based. Acomodation and one meal a day is included in the price. The provider also offer free mentoring and the opportunity to teach your own classes after you've qualified plus volunteer experience to give back to the community. The £600 goal is not set in stone but with your support you'd be helping me get to the Thai island for 2 months safely and comfortabley. It will go towards my flight out there!
I've worked hard in a part time retail job for over 5 years to save most of the costs myself, so you'd essentially be helping me get to my little dream! This little dream of doing the 200hr YTT is just the start, but it'll help change my life so I can go on to help others!
The big future plan I have for myself is a life of devontional service to heal others. I eventually want to specialize in Yin Yoga, Thai Yoga massage and finally as a Yoga Therapist working in or with a mental health organization AND running my own Women's circles. I also want to be of help in Refugee camps and centres.

If you'd like a bespoke dreamcatcher the fee is £50*
If you'd like a Hand fasting cord the fee is £40
If you'd like an Indian head massage the fee is £20
If you'd like to attend a belly dance class the fee is £10
If you'd like your kiddo to attend a kids yoga class its £5
*The cost of dreamcatchers vary from £40-£60 depending on materials, time it takes and extras like charms
