Support for Dr. Kathy Koch

Hi everyone. We are authors, speakers and friends of Dr. Kathy Koch, who many of you know through her books, blogs and events. She has ministered to so many over the years, and now we have an opportunity to do the same for her.
Two months ago, Kathy grew very ill and was hospitalized when she was with her family for Christmas. You can see more on her blog , but the bottom line is that she has severe complications from a kidney infection which are both making her miserable (she is in pain, nauseated, and cannot eat much) and will require surgery in February. The surgery has been delayed for a variety of reasons, and will require a month of recovery – resulting in two months of cancelled speaking engagements, lost ministry opportunities, and lost income.
Speaking as authors and speakers ourselves, this is a devastating turn of events from both a ministry and financial perspective. Kathy is experiencing huge medical expenses at the same time she is losing probably 20% of her personal and ministry income for the whole year.
We want Kathy to be able to concentrate on recovery without the added worry of lost income. She cried tears of gratitude when Jill told her that all of us were doing this; it means so much to her. But this is just being the Body of Christ, right?
