Kathmandu street dog to Europe

My friend found this puppy wandering Freak street in Kathmandu and asked me to take it to the dog shelter. It's still very young and i did not want to leave it at the shelter and took it back to my house. I would like to give this puppy a better life in Spain, but the process will be very time consuming and expensive. All the paperwork, vaccines, microchip, flight tickets for the puppy and general living cost of food and a place that allows dogs here in Kathmandu. I do not know the exact amount that i need to pay for all the expenses but it will be A LOT... (Update : now i know and surprisingly it should not go over 500e but theres no fights included)
