Everyday we are growing, we want to continue to help our community to provide a safe environment to improve our seniors' quality of life. Many scientists now believe that social interaction is key to maintaining good mental health and warding off diseases like dementia and Alzheimer’s. Your donations will contribute to our facility relocating to a building that will allow our seniors more space and freedom to feel they are at home without being on a lock down memory care unit. We want to expand our services and help as many elderly Veterans and seniors as we can.
-Alzheimer's Disease is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. It is the fifth-leading cause of death among those age 65 and older and a leading cause of disability and poor health
-Currently, over 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s Disease, and millions more are faced with the financial and emotional challenges of caring for a loved one with the disease. If current trends continue, Alzheimer’s will bankrupt families, communities and our healthcare system
-By 2050, the number of American living with Alzheimer's is expected to grow to as many as 16 million. In addition, 10 million baby boomers are aging, increasing their risk for developing this fatal disease. Now is the time to end this epidemic!
At our center, we provide a one-stop shop for activities and services to adults in their Golden Years. With a great amount of care and compassion, our certified staff helps seniors foster self-esteem by keeping them physically, socially, and emotionally active. We strive to make Kathelene’s a home away from home by creating a safe and comfortable environment. Everyday we are fighting for our seniors. Memories are worth JABBING for.

-Adult Day Care
-Recreational Activities
-Field Trips
-Nutritious Meals
-Medical Staff
-Pet Therapy
-Transportation
-Music Therapy
