On Monday, my friend and single mom Kassandra Silveria was taking her 4 year old son Guillermo to his first day of preschool. On Wednesday he was being lifeflighted to Harborview with critical injuries from a multi car and semi accident.
Guillermo suffered extensive injuries from the accident and passed away from them on November 3rd.
While his mom Kassandra will slowly recover from her physical injuries, she is now facing an insurmountable amount of medical debt, physical recovery bills, funeral expenses, and the untimely loss of her only child.
On behalf of her coworkers and loved ones, if you are capable of donating even the smallest amount to this unfathomable tragedy, or able to share this we will be eternally grateful. There are no words to take away this pain or to make things right, but we can join together to ease her financial burden in this time. She would do it for us.
