Karen Hudgins

Ancient City Romance Authors is a small chapter of writers. Just a few days after Christmas, one of our members, Karen Hudgins suffered the unexpected loss of her beloved husband George. It's hard enough to lose the person who has shared most of your adult life, been your friend and lover, gave you children and cheered you on in your life's goals and dreams. But to make things even more difficult, Karen and her husband just resigned their condo lease. On her own,  maintaining this condo is not possible and breaking the lease will mean a huge ($2,000) penalty which she doesn't have. Karen and our chapter will be very appreciative for any help you can offer as she sorts through the fragments of her life, pays off the lease penalty and makes the move across the country to live closer to her daughter.
