Save widows home from foreclosure

In December of 2015 my dad got sick and couldn’t work. By June of 2016 he was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer and given less than a year to live. By March of 2017 he was gone. He had no life insurance or savings and his property tax had not been paid in the 16 months since he fell ill. He left my mother a widow with no means to take care of this debt. I have tried to help my mom in every way possible since my father’s passing. I paid for dads services, bought mom a car when hers died. I pay for random repairs on the car and the house. I pay for cell service and TV for her. I’ve sold my Jeep to contribute 5,500.00 to this debt but I was laid off in July and being a single mother myself, I just can’t manage the entire amount. There is a property tax lien on my moms house that needs to be paid by the 3rd of December or else my mom will lose the only home she has known for 47 years.
