Kalispell Women’s March 2019: Be Seen, Be Heard

Depot Park in Downtown Kalipsell
In January 2017, 4.2 million people attended Women’s Marches in over 600 cities across the United States, making it possibly the largest demonstration in U.S. history.* Helena, Montana saw an impressive 10,000 participants! Last year Montanans rallied once more, this time in cities across the state. In Kalispell, around 450 participants gathered to wave signs, raise their voices, and hear inspiring speeches by local leaders. We stood together in solidarity for equal rights for women, the LGBTQ community, and Montanans of all religious, ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We asserted our rights to affordable healthcare, public lands, and democracy for all.

Flathead County Democratic Women
Love Lives Here in the Flathead Valley
We are already hard at work to bring this historic event back to the Flathead Valley -- but we need your help! An event of this scale comes with significant costs (event insurance, sound equipment, supplies, etc.). Please contribute whatever you can to help us make the Kalispell Women’s March 2019 another successful and inspiring event. Any amount is greatly appreciated!
