Kerala Flood Relief Fund

We grew up in Kerala enjoying the monsoon rains every year but never realised that it could turn into one of the worst floods the state has ever seen. 

Now Kerala is facing its worst disaster in 100 years. 80 dams had to be opened,  more than three hundred people are thought to have died  already with the number expected to climb. More than 725,000 people are in about 5600+ relief camps all over the state. Many of these people may not even have a home to go back to.

For the people of Kerala, the road to recovery is going to be long and arduous. The damages caused are currently expected to be in excess of 2.5 billion pounds. Your help no matter how small will be a step to restore normalcy.

Any fund raised is to be donated to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund (details here https://donation.cmdrf.kerala.gov.in/) and proof of payment will be shared.
