Help!

Hey guys--I'm having some problems right now. My 2007 Chrysler POS car has been having some overheating issues for the last few months. I've already taken it in twice and it's still happening. Unfortunately these unexpected trips to the mechanic have drained my savings, which were going to be my cushion between the summer season at Stone Mountain Park and the fall-winter season. This cushion was going to help pay for my health insurance and my car payment (all due by this Friday, 8/31), plus the new mechanic bill. I'm embarrassed to go this route (especially since I already owe friends money), but I'm kinda at the end of my options. Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated.
