This page has been set up on behalf of the Catholic Charities located in Sallisaw, OK ,which operates under the Catholic Charities Diocese of Tulsa. The purpose of this page is to assist them in obtaining the funds to complete a new building and to make the building functional and operational. Completion of this funding project will allow the organization to expand its charity work within the surrounding communities. The new building will be located just West of its current location at 409 N. Adams St. in Sallisaw, OK.
The team at Catholic Charities in Sallisaw, OK help a lot of people every month. Whether it's feeding the hungry, clothing those without or giving people the assistance they need to get back up on their feet; they stand ready to help those with a need. Even though the ministry stands ready, they are limited to the level of charity they can provide due to a lack of space. When a team of concerned citizens heard of this issue, they knew it was time to act. A grass roots effort was born aimed at building the organization a second building located just West of its current location. People have already donated skilled labor as well as reduced price on materials. The only thing needed to make this dream a reality is the funds to complete the project. When we all come together and give, great things like this can be achieved. So whether you know someone that has personally benefited from the help of the Catholic Charities organization or if you just want to "pay it forward", please consider donating to this wonderful cause.
