Moving Fund

I didn’t want it to come to this as I hate asking for money.  As most know this past year has been quite a struggle.  It began with the loss of my long time employment of 28 years. I was unemployed until June of this year.  During this time, I was faced with a divorce which left me with little income. I was forced to use my 401K. 

I found other employment but on Sept 10 was let go from that job as well because they lost one of their big clients and could no longer afford to keep me.  I did not work there long enough to qualify for unemployment.

So, I have been without income since that time.  I would not be here with this campaign if it weren’t for the most recent event of my power being turned off.  I applied for SER through DHHS but was denied. I called some agencies provided by Consumers Energy such as Salvation Army but was also denied with them due to being denied by DHHS.  

Needless to say, I’m not sure where to turn. I will keep track of any donations I may get so I can pay back eventually.  

Any money I get will go towards my power bill, and car payment and gas bill. I’m behind on everything.
