Justice For Fabian Marshall

Fabian was approached by a cop back in 2015 when he was waiting for a ride to work. The cop told him he was involved in an incident, which he hadn’t been. When Fabian dared ask what was going on, he was thrown to the ground and tazed repeatedly.
Fabian was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration.
During his first trial, one of the cops said Fabian punched him. When Fabian’s video footage disproved the cop’s account, the trial was declared a mistrial.
That cop perjured himself, but that didn’t matter.
Instead of dropping Fabian’s charges, he was tried again and the family had to pay for the transcripts from the first trial.
During the second trial, jurors could not view footage from Fabian’s stop during deliberations because of “technical difficulties.” I’m not a lawyer but it seems to me that should have resulted in a mistrial or at least no decision until they could view the footage.
Fabian was found guilty of obstruction of governmental administration.

The family is going to appeal but needs help with legal fees. The cost for the transcripts from the second trial is $1200. They also need to pay for the lawyer, which they’ve been told will be $5000.
