Justice for Brody!

A year ago God brought a beautiful, loving, perfect little boy into my life. My grandson Brody James  is such an amazing little man.  He has overcome so much in his 1st year in our big world.    Many of you have watched Brody grow up thru pictures and video's over this past year. Those of you who are close know all that our family has gone through of this year.   For those of you that do not know our story DCF came crashing into our life and took custody of Brody before he left the hospital. Our family has jumped thru every hoop that DCF has set up for us. They dangle Brody in front of my daughter like a toy with no reguard to Brody's welfare at all.    In my oppinion DCF has dropped the ball on our case and just doesn't seem to care at all. My daughter has completed every plan they have given her and then some. She has been a rock. She has over a year clean and sober and an amazing union job.    Since our fight for Brody started we have gone thru  weeks at a time without any information from DCF. They changed case workers, supervisors and all contact without so much as an email or phone call.   While in DCF care Brody has had casts put on both feet, he now sleeps with braces on his legs. He was burned on his hand at a DCF approved daycare and in my oppinion there has not been enough done to correct the situation.   I was actually told by a DCF worker that there was nothing we could do because "they dont answer to anyone. "    I have talked to the Govenors office, the Attorney Generals office, State Reps and Attorneys all seem to agree after looking at our case that DCF has made a disgrace of this case. Everyone has said he needs to be home with his mother. Our problem is we can't afford an attorney willing to fight DCF. I have been told I need a minimum of $3-5,000 down.   We need JUSTICE FOR BRODY. Please help us bring Brody home!!!
