Junior Hockey Host: Kelly Morris

When times get rough and families are in need of help/support the hockey community always finds a way to come together.
The Morris family have been a host family for the Dells Ducks Junior Hockey team located in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin since the 2012-2013 season. They have welcomed aspiring collegiate hockey players into their home each season. I had the privilege to live with and become apart of their beautiful family.
Kelly (Father) is happily married to the love of his life Emily and has one older son, Jake, and two young boys, Kaden and Kameron. Kaden and Kameron play hockey for a local youth hockey organization in Wisconsin Dells.
Kelly was diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Disease in early April 2018. Although he had been diagnosed with this disease, it is still very unclear as to what the next steps are in the road to recovery for Kelly. Kelly and Emily (Mother) are in Rochester, Minnesota currently at the Mayo Clinic, in hopes to figure out the "next steps". As you can imagine, this is an extremely stressful situation and taking a toll on this wonderful human being and his family.
