I walked through TERRIBLE depression and anxiety for over 30 years, before discovering one of the most important solutions for SUCCESSFUL treatment - Nutrition. For me, this often manifested in alcohol or whatever else was around at the time. Anything to mask those feelings...

One of the most effective ways to treat ALL DISEASE, including Cancer, is to juice (not blend, but juice). When you juice, the nutrients your body desperately needs, goes straight to your blood stream. Your body can benefit from the effects within 20 to 30 minutes!
When I first found this out, I couldn't afford a juicer. They can cost hundreds of dollars. Thankfully, I found one in a thrift store, I was able to get it up and running for way less than retail. The moment I started "juicing the rainbow", my life changed DRASTCALLY. I haven't felt this way since I was a teenager!
I can usually find juicers for $50 -$75 a piece. The $500 goal is to buy up to 10 juicers. I have two men I disciple that need them immediately, and meet people every single day that I know need the benefits of juicing.
I have to say there are many other elements in my life that helped me feel the way I do today. I take a few other supplements and probiotics. I've made rigorous changes to the chemical intake of my body, and diet. Most importantly, finding the Power of the Lord. Juicing just happens to be a very intricate piece of the physical side of recovery from disease, including depression. We have to start somewhere in order to fight this overwhelming battle.
I can only imagine how much lower the suicide statistics would drop, if everybody started juicing. I especially have a heart for our veterans...
