Hello fans, friends & family! We are happy to announce that it is finally time for a Tray Dahl & The Jugtime Ragband album! Thanks for your interest in helping to make this happen and for loving our original songs the way so many of you do. We are planning a full 12 song album of original songs to be released in the Spring of 2018.
We are excited to get this music out in the world for ourselves and for everyone out there who loves the old style of 1920's and 30's New Orleans style blues, jazz, and ragtime. There are few enough bands out there playing the old songs of that era but even fewer out there making original songs in the style. Can you imagine loving punk or bluegrass music and there being only one or two bands that you can ever go see or buy an album from? Well that is the very reality for fans of the early 20th century New Orleans sound and that's why it's so important for us to get this project off the ground.
We really do love playing together and it's with your enthusiastic support that we are able to continue. So, THANK YOU! Our popularity just keeps growing and we would never have made that happen without you and your support. We cannot wait until you hear the album that we are going to make! And oh man y'all do we have some really amazing horn players lined up to play on it! Woohoo!
