Amsterdam Marathon for Ted

I've put off writing this for months, purely because I haven't been able to put it into words. Ted, a close friend of mine from University, took his own life in February this year. Words can't describe the sense of loss amongst his friends and I can't begin to comprehend the loss his family feel every moment of every day. He was without a doubt one of the most amazing people I have had the pleasure to call a friend; hilarious, outrageous and unbelievably kind with never a bad word to say about anyone. This October I am running the Amsterdam Marathon (yes 26.2 miles) with a group of his friends and family to raise money for The Ted Senior Foundation, helping prevent similar tragedies.
