Help Save Phoebe

Phoebe, the Krause family bulldog, has just been diagnosed with Pyometra and will need emergency surgery to remove her reproductive organs. Pyometra is a condition in which the uterus has been infected by bacteria entering the cervix during a dog's heat cycle. We started to notice that Phoebe became lethargic and started acting very sick. We took her to an emergency clinic, and soon after we found out that Phoebe's uterus has become so swollen that it is pushing her organs against her spine.
Unfortunately, my family has been going through some rough times financially and emotionally. I understand this is a very personal need, but any support through these difficult times would significantly help. This procedure needs to be done in anywhere from 24-48 hours in order to save our dog. This surgery is a costly one: a whopping $3,000 to conjure up basically overnight. This is something we are not capable of at this time.
We truly love this dog with all of our hearts. She is the sweetest, most down-to-earth animal I have ever gotten to love. Any donation would be IMMENSELY appreciated.
