HELP US KEEP OUR HOME

WHY I'M FIGHTING THIS AS WE WERE CLOSE TO FINISHING OUR PROJECT AFTER A YEAR OF WORK...SEE BELOW AS TO WHAT WE WERE DOING, AND NOW...POSSIBLY GOING TO LOSE.

As a former Paramedic and a disabled veteran, my wife and I, with our kids have enjoyed many days and nights in our home. In 2007 in an attempt of refinancing, we completed the finance option. A few months later in 2008, I was injured. I contacted the bank to ask for a defer on our payment. For some reason, the declined it..I sent what I had. Two months later I received a letter requesting documents. Every month they wanted my pay stub and bank statements, along with a hard ship letter. I requested my loan documents, and a copy of my mortgage and the Note for my records. To bring this in briefly. The documents they sent me were copies...but the records department faxed me a copy of ONE NOTE AND THE MAILED COPY I RECEIVED WAS NOT THE SAME. I got suspicious,  a month went by and no word...then I was served by the sheriff a notice of foreclosure...that notice the bank sent to the court was of a "forged note", one I did not sign.  This was brought before the court in 2009, as a disputed signature. We were granted time to figure it out..fast forward..each month people showed up taking pictures of our home and my kids in the yard etc. We asked for the original note to be brought to the court for comparison. After 9 hours of video interrogation by the banks council attoreny. And our next hearing, we were advised they were trying to get the note to our county or I could drive to Michigan to view it. I agreed to go and view it, then the bank declined that, saying it was too risky to bring the note out.  We hired a handwriting expert who has since written her testimony that the two documents are different in many ways, most importantly,  it is NOT my signature on the note presented to the courts. 3 years after that hearing, 5 years total,  we were in court again..they did NOT produce the document as requested by the Judge...He gave them more time..1 year and 8 months later they had still tried contesting other issues besides the single step we asked. Please provide us the original for our viewing. This is where we are now. They have bottomless pockets...we do not. Pray for us, and justice be corrected. Any donations for us to keep our home, would be appreciated.  Thank you.

Major update and help needed!
NOW we are facing an unlawful Foreclosure action based on a COPY OF a forged note. We have been fighting the forgery for over 5 years in court, we are running out of time. This WILL CRUSH ALL THE WORK WE HAVE BEEN DOING, AND allow them to take possession of the property. The attorney fees are mounting up, and the Bankers pockets are bottomless and they know they can push us out by costing us more money. We could use some help to NOT LET THEM GET AWAY WITH THIS. If this was you, or me, or anyone else. And they signed a document worth 160,000 dollars and tried to collect on it illegally. We would see major jail time if we as citizens had done this.. I have already hired and had the statement from handwriting experts to give as testimony, among many other things that are not right. Some I can post, some I cannot due to the lawsuit and counterclaim. Every penny will help. Thank you.
