51 Years Resident Home Lost to Fire

81 year old resident Kayola McGill has lived on Sylvester street in Savannah, Ga.  for over 51 years! During this time she has raised three generations of children and has also provided for those in her community. Watching over and being an "ole school mother" to all she encounter, Mrs. McGill over her course of life has dedicated her life and time in the pursuit of helping those around her both young and old. On Sunday December 13th 2015 while asleep, Mrs. McGill lost everything due to an electrical fire that took away all her life work and memories. Like the strong and grateful women she has always been, Mrs. McGill was just happy that herself along with three of her great grandchildren whom also live in the home and also her great -great grandchild were safe and protected for what could have been a very tragic event! Alot of times it's the strongest one's that are often overlooked due to their ability to persevere. This has unfortunately been the case in Mrs. McGill situation. And for just this one time, can others be a blessing to her, after she has dedicated her entire life doing and providing for all known and unknown.
