WOO-HOO!!! WE WON OUR 15TH AWARD TO DATE at the Rock Horror in Rio Film Festival!!!!

Next up: our Portuguese premiere in Almada!!!

---------

My heart’s journey. It really is just that. Ever since I was little, I dreamed about achieving feats of brilliance  on the big screen: saving my parents from the belly of a giant sea serpent; leaping from the top of tall, burning buildings; wrangling Batman with my cato-o-nine-tails; piercing villains with my rapier as Lady Zorro.

And how lucky am I, my dreams are coming true! I played my first-ever lead role in a feature film (in which there are vampires...mwa ha ha); won best actress for that same role at the Iowa Motion Picture Awards; and journeyed to Hollywood for the film’s world premiere! Now, adventure is calling me even further: to attend the film’s premieres across the globe!

But alas, such journeys mean sacrifice. I must leave my studies; I must tear myself from my books! Oh, fear and courage wage war within; for to seek the holy grail, I must embrace the unknown. Closing my eyes, I remind myself of my deepest desires. I find my passion, and draw from it as though from the fountain of youth. I find my strength; I overcome! The battle is won. I relinquish my books, and join the thrill of massing throngs of people - who, like me, have faced their inner vampire.

~Canada, October 29th-30th 2016~
Success! Felt like a star signing my first autographs at the Canadian premiere, which was part of the Montreal Requiem FearFest!

It is my joy to announce that I will be at this premiere or die trying. Right now I have to walk to get there. If I do a slow walk, at, say, two miles per hour, that will take me 550 hours, or 23 days nonstop. Or if I do a jog-walk, at, say, four miles per hour, that will take me 275 hours, or 11.5 days nonstop. I’m aiming for luxury here though, so I hope to raise enough funds to get a strapped-to-the-outside-wing flight.
