Hi all, I'm Jilyan Augustyn and I'm a friend of Dylan and Kalimar Avila-Peitt. Last night Dylan was attacked with a baseball bat doing what he loves (comedy) and he is currently in the hospital undergoing surgery and lots of healing. This is such a tragedy for them. If you know Dylan and his wife Kalimar you know they are great people, they'd do anything for their friends and family. So, I'm asking to please help them out. They have three small children and they are a strong loving family! Let's do what we can to help honor Dylan and the great man he is! Thank you in advance... Jilyan

I assume you don't have health insurance? All hospitals have funds available for people who are low income and failed to purchase health insurance so you should check it out. In Washington State they are limited to only bill you the Medicare rate at most. You also can buy insurance now for Feb 1st that will cover any future costs without any pre-existing condition clauses for low to now cost that you might want to check out as well Good luck and hope the money helps with all of the other bills.

Thank you all so much for your continued support and generosity! Because of you we've been able to help Dylan and his family through such a difficult time and bring a little bit of light to this situation. It's been so touching to see people from all around the world reach out to Dylan whom they don't know and show their support. It's nice to know so many wonderful people still exist in the world we live in today. Thank you!

I haven't had the chance to meet Dylan, but thanks for Facebook updates I've seen that he seems to be a great man and a great husband to Kalimar and their kids. I've creatively shared the news story and GoFundMe account directly to many Seahawks fan pages and the official page hoping to get the 12's community to help rally for Dylan. Hopefully their messages will result in page posts to support this cause. Wishing you fast healing and good spirits Dylan and Kalimar!

Hi Dylan, I'm a comedian from Hong Kong. Your story went viral and reached us here. I run the chinese open mic, so I definitely know what it's like managing a mic. My heart goes out to you and your family. Get well soon and keep doing what you're doing !! (ps. I tried to donate but apparently gofundme does not allow HK credit cards...). All the best!!
