I suffer with agoraphobia, anxiety and depression. I am also transgender and at the beginning of my transition journey.
I have been written off as not able to work for the past seven or so years. It's always been a struggle but more so now. I'm finally getting the help I've desperately needed since my diagnosis, social worker sessions and therapy, but my recovery could take up to 6 years.
Due to not being able to work, I can't afford transport fees and any medical fees that may arise during my transition from female to male. Neither I nor my mum drive, nor can we afford to drive or own a car.
Due to lack of money, with only my mums 16hr pay packet and my esa coming into the house, we are struggling to pay rent, so most of our money goes to that with very little left over for anything else. We live from "paycheck" to "paycheck" and it's very difficult.
Having donations will certainly improve our situation, not only rent wise (so we don't get evicted) but with my transition too, so I can live authentically as the person I am inside.
