Joba's Fight against Breast Cancer

Hello my name is Liliana Espino, I am a college student at Brigham Young University-Idaho. About a week ago I got a call from my family in El Salvador, I found out my cousin was diagnosed with breast cancer. Never in my life did I think this would happen in our family.
Jova is 45. She is a single mother of two teenage children. They go to school and work to help around with finances. El Salvador is one of the most impoverished countries in the world some people living and surviving making $10 dollars a day. This is the situation Jova is in. She needs to have her breasts removed to stop the cancer from spreading. She lives on a low income and can't afford to pay for her treatment or surgery.
Family is the most important thing in her life. She is now fighting to survive. She doesn't want to lose to Cancer. She is a brave woman, she is strong. But she needs my help, the help of my family, friends and others.
The sooner she has her surgery, the faster she won't have to deal with the cancer. We hope we can reach this goal within the next two weeks. She, I and the rest of our family would be eternally grateful.

Hola mi nombre es Liliana, soy una estudiante de la Universidad Brigham Young University-Idaho. Hace una semana atrás recibí una llamada de mi familia en El Salvador, me di cuenta que mi prima fue diagnosticada con cáncer de seno. Nunca en mi vida me imaginé que esto pasaría en nuestra familia.
Mi prima se llama Jova Noemi Trejo, ella tiene 45 años, tiene dos hijo adolescentes. Ellos están yendo a la escuela y están trabajando para poder ayudar con los financiamientos. El Salvador es uno de los países más pobres que están en el mundo. Muchas personas tratan de sobrevivir haciendo $10 dólares al día. Mi prima vive en esta situación. Ella necesita urgentemente recibir cirugía para quitarle los senos, para prevenir que el cáncer se riegue. Ella no hace mucho dinero y no puede pagar la cirugía o pagar los costos para tratamiento ella sola.
La familia es lo más importante en mi vida y en la de ella. Jova esta peleando contra el tiempo, ella quiere sobrevivir. Ella es una de las mujeres más fuertes que conozco, pero ella necesita mi ayuda, la ayuda de mi familia la ayuda de todos que puedan ayudar.
