£325 of £250 goal

Raised by 13 people in 9 months
Josh's Jamboree 3 Park Trek! We are very pleased and proud to say that Josh has been selected as part of the UK contingent for the 24th World Scout Jamboree in America 2019! As a member of Unit 27 he will be part of 35 young people from Greater London South West representing the UK, visiting the host countries of Mexico, the USA and Canada as well as the actual jamboree in West Virginia where he will meet up with 44,000 scouts from all over the world. The cost for each participant is £3,495 which they need to fundraise themselves in order to participate. So far he has done really well selling Christmas trees, bag packing and running a tuck shop. His next big fundraising event is on the 14th April when he will be undertaking a 25k Three Parks Trek! The plan is to trek 25km via a circular route around Home Park, Hampton Court Park and Bushy Park.  Starting at the Kingston Bridge entrance to Home Park, the flat route (no hills!) goes through Home Park, into Hampton Court Park and up to the Palace, across to Bushy Park, and up to the Normandy Memorial.  And then the final stretch back to the Home Park entrance by Kingston Bridge. Please help by sponsoring him, sharing with friends and family, donating and supporting if you can, every small amount will take him a step closer to reaching his Jamboree goal!

Just a quick update to say Josh's 3 Park Trek (25km) has unfortunately had to be postponed until the 20th May as one of the team has sadly had a family bereavement. They have decided to reschedule as a show of support so that they can still do it together as a team. Thank you to everyone who has sponsored him so far, he is well on his way to achieving his target. Now you have a few more weeks to sponsor him if you haven't got round to it already!
