Jordan Jones - AVM Soldier

Jordan is 13 years old and in the 8th grade at Wilson Middle School. He works hard and is in honors English and History classes. He loves football and baseball! On Valentine's night, he stumbled in to his sister's room asking for help. He was ambulanced to Illini Hospital and then airlifted to OSF Peoria after discovering he had a brain hemorrhage / AVM. He is in a critical stage as the problem is in the deepest part of his left brain, a dangerous area for surgery. Jordan can't move his right arm or leg currently and has a brain shunt. He will have many physical therapy days ahead of him once it is deemed he can leave OSF. He may improve or worsen, his family only believes in his healing and he is fighting hard! His parents are self employed and this experience is having physical, emotional and  financial challenges on the family beyond words.
